Things To Know Before You Get A Curved Standing Seam Metal Roofing Quote:

• Before we can quote a job you must fill out a curve worksheet
  The worksheet will require that you fill in the run, rise, and radius. We cannot quote the job if you do not know this information.
• We can curve 1” and 1.5” deep mechanical seamed panels only for the forced curved process. 
• Curved standing seam will not have clip relief or any type of rib relief added to the metal panels.
• You will be required to buy 4 set up panels for every specific radius. 
  If you have two different curved areas that both have a different run, rise, or radius than you will have to buy 4 additional panels for each area.
• The curved metal roofing panels will be crated so that they don't get damaged in transit.
• You will be charged a packaging charge for every bundle. Crating curved panels requires a lot of wood and it's expensive.
• Shipping charges for curved panels are significantly higher than for non curved panels. Because the panels are curved you cannot stack multiple items on the truck. Generally, you will be paying for a dedicated truck to deliver the materials.
