T-Groove® Flush Wall & Soffit Panel - Rezibond

Rezibond will look like a weathered zinc or an old galvanized metal wall. It was developed because it is easier to paint than galvanized and many other finishes. However, in recent years architects have used Rezibond for roofing and siding without applying a paint to the steel. This is done to achieve a beautiful gun metal gray weathered look. Rezibond is NOT a paint finish and there is no paint warranty. Rezibond looks excellent from BOTH up close and from a distance.

Rezibond can be used in exterior or interior applications. It is a perfect solution for an interior application as it arrives looking patina'd.

If you are interested in this color I would highly recommend requesting a sample of T-Groove in Rezibond. You really need to see this panel up close to appreciate the beauty and authenticity of this finish.

About Rezibond

The two main advantages in using Rezibond when compared to Zinc or Galvanized are:

Rezibond arrives looking weathered. You don NOT have to wait for it to look dull and weathered.
Significant cost savings when compared to Steelscape Vintage or zinc finishes.

There are some things to be cautious of when using Rezibond for metal roofing and siding:

NO WARRANTY
Material may develop white rust after installation.
When the material arrives on the jobsite it cannot get wet. Whether that moisture is from rain and/or condensation from a cold to hot day. If moisture gets into a tightly stacked bundle and sits there it will cause white rust.
Scratches easily.

If any of the above concerns are a problem than we would recommend that you look at Black Ore Matte, Patina or Vintage. They are painted products designed to look like a dull gray weathered product. See the home page of this website for more info.

Our flush wall/soffit panel provides a sleek alternative to vertical or horizontal wall. T-Groove® Flush wall panels are designed for wall, fascia and soffit applications where a flush or flat appearance is desired. A low profile and concealed fastening system improves the flush appearance while providing additional strength.

Metal Soffit Panels
The under siding of a roof is just as important as the roof itself. Unfortunately, they often are the most neglected area of the roof. Adding soffit panels to your roofing system can be looked at in two fold – purely for aesthetics and as a first line defense against wind, rain, and pests from entering.

Our flush panel metal soffits are low profile concealed fastener panels that add a finishing touch to your roofing system – giving it a clean line appearance. They add an extra layer of protection from the elements and also prevent pests and unwanted creatures from making the eaves of your roof their home. These soffits are perfect for roofing systems that aren’t sealed or do not have insulation attached to the attic floor.
